Luke Bryan Named Entertainer of the Year at the 2015 ACM Awards

Luke Bryan took home the biggest award of the night at the 2015 ACM Awards on Sunday night (April 19), winning Entertainer of the Year honors.

He beat out some of the hottest names in country music for the title, including Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, Miranda Lambert and Florida Georgia Line.

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler was on hand at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas to present the award.

"Listen, guys — what an amazing night of music. To be here in Texas, with so many heroes that got awarded tonight," Bryan said. He went on to thank his record label, his wife, the fans, country radio, his management and, of course, his children.

Entertainer of the Year is one of two ACM categories in the annual awards show that is voted on by both ACM members and fans alike, along with New Artist of the Year. Bryan was also nominated in the categories of Male Vocalist and Song of the Year at the 2015 ACMs.
