Meghan Linsey may very well be on her way to winning The Voice this year, and she has just released a video for one of the songs that could help her get there.

Linsey made it to the finals this season on Team Blake, which is somewhat ironic, given the fact that Blake Shelton is the only judge who did not turn his chair for her during her impressive audition. Shelton stole Linsey after she was eliminated during the Battle Rounds, and she is the only member of Team Blake left in the competition after turning in one strong performance after another throughout her run on the show.

Each of The Voice finalists performed a new song on this season's next-to-last episode Monday night (May 18), and Linsey took the opportunity to debut a song that she wrote titled "Change My Mind." She tells Shelton that the song goes back several years and was written during a bad relationship. Linsey previously rose to fame as one-half of the duo Steel Magnolia, who won Can You Duet? and released their debut project in 2011 to much success. Liney's duo partner and then-fiance, Joshua Scott Jones, entered rehab that fall, and the couple later broke off their professional and personal relationships.

The lyric bids a hard farewell to a relationship that simply doesn't work anymore: "You made it clear / I had to decide ... You want me to change / Baby, I change my mind."

Her impassioned performance especially impressed her coach. “I gotta hand it to you, you guys wrote the hell out of that song,” Shelton said. “That hook is so strong, so powerful.”

Check out Linsey's new video for the song above, and check out her performance of it below. The Voice will crown this season's winner on Tuesday night (May 19).
