Sam Hunt is ditching the house party for a street party this week in Nashville.

The country singer will be heading to downtown Music City on Wednesday (Oct. 28) for a special free performance. The concert was originally scheduled for Tuesday (Oct. 27), but has since been postponed due to rain. Hunt will perform at 6PM on 5th Avenue.

The event is a celebration of the one-year anniversary of Hunt's debut album Montevallo, which was released on Oct. 27 of last year. Montevallo has since produced three consecutive No. 1 songs for Hunt, including "Leave the Night On," "Take Your Time" and "House Party." His current single, "Break Up in a Small Town," is poised for similar success as it is currently in the Top 25. Last week, the singer released a fiery new music video for the song.

Hunt is nominated for three CMA Awards including New Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year, as well as three AMA Awards for New Artist of the Year, Favorite Male Artist – Country and Favorite Album – Country. The 2015 American Music Awards air Nov. 22 at 8PM ET on ABC. The 49th annual CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 4 at 8ET on ABC.

Hunt's street party in downtown Nashville this Wednesday evening on 5th Avenue is presented by Bose.
