Sara Evans and Ronnie Dunn will launch the events leading up to the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards with headlining performances at the ACM Concerts at Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas.

Evans and Dunn will headline the weekend of shows, which run April 1-2 as part of the 'Week Vegas Goes Country,' with the ACMs to follow that Sunday.

Evans tells Taste of Country that she's more than excited to take part in the live-action music experience, which is free and open to the public. "I am really excited about it. That's going to be great," she shares. "My manager told me that ... I think Jason Aldean did it last year, and he said it's just an awesome event, an awesome time. I mean, it'll be fun because everybody will be there."

In addition to his performance at the Concerts at Fremont Street Experience, Dunn will perform his new single, 'Bleed Red,' at the ACMs on April 3.
