Taylor Swift kicked off her 'Speak Now' tour with a stint through Asia, where she greeted (and hugged) screaming fans, signed countless autographs, and never dropped that signature smile. The 'Mine' superstar shares a behind-the-scenes view of her trip in a 10-minute tour diary video.

In this video, Swift invites us along for the ride as she hops from opening night in Singapore, to South Korea, Japan and the Philippines, playing a few shows and goofing off plenty along the way.

Watch as Swift shares some girl time with her tour mates -- and even acts as their on-the-road hairdesser -- in some funny scenes that give us a peek at the superstar offstage. The 'Love Story' singer plays a snippet of her 'Fearless' hit on a toy jazz flute in Singapore, and dresses up as a geisha in Tokyo in the tour diary -- which draws to a close with a short side note from the 21-year-old, unveiling that she has been nominated for Entertainer of the Year, a fan-voted category, at the upcoming ACMs.
