Video of the Year – 2014 Taste of Country Awards
2013 was a really good year for country music videos, with more than one turning into mini-movies. The plot was thick during Carrie Underwood’s Two Black Cadillacs’ and Tim McGraw’s ‘Highway Don’t Care,’ two of the 10 nominees in the Best Video category. Take a look at all nominees and decide who should win this Taste of Country award.
Lady Antebellum’s ‘Downtown’ told a full story, but was a lot more fun than the others listed. Tyler Farr’s ‘Redneck Crazy’ fell somewhere in between serious and silly, while Blake Shelton created a party to be jealous of for ‘Boys ‘Round Here.’ Other nominees include Miranda Lambert’s video ‘Mama’s Broken Heart,’ Chris Young’s ‘Aw Naw,’ Kellie Pickler’s ‘Someone Somewhere Tonight,’ Cassadee Pope’s ‘Wasting All These Tears’ and Luke Bryan’s ‘Crash My Party,’ which co-starred the singer’s wife.
Vote for one video every hour until this category -- and all Taste of Country categories -- close at 10AM ET on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The winners will be announced later that day. Taylor Swift and the Civil Wars won Video of the Year last year for 'Safe & Sound.'
