He put it on the market for $580K in August of 2011, touting that one of the greatest amenities was getting to be his neighbor. The singer even put together a promotional video for his realtor that starred him touring the four bedroom pad.

After two months on the market, someone scooped up the house for a shade below $487K, according to Zillow. It features 2-and-a-half bathrooms, hardwood floors and country superstar dirt. “Everybody from Jason Aldean, and Keith Urban, Wynonna Judd, Taylor Swift has even been here," the singer said when trying to sell.
