From the moment Carly Pearce and Michael Ray came clean about their relationship, fans haven't been able to get enough of the flirting. Tuesday night (Aug. 7), the couple took it to the next level with a romantic "Jackson" cover at the Grand Ole Opry.

And like Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, they sealed the performance with a kiss!

“Found me a man who loves the #opry as much as I do AND got to sing 'Jackson' with him tonight in the circle," Pearce writes alongside a picture of her and her new boyfriend sharing a smooch:

"Tonight I played my favorite stage with my favorite woman," adds Ray on his own Instagram page.

Even the Opry wanted in on the special moment, sharing a kiss closeup from the audience's point of view:

Pearce and Ray actually realized they liked each other backstage at the Grand Ole Opry earlier this year. This could be just the beginning of many onstage collaborations for these two, who are smitten with one another.

And it came at the right time, if you ask Pearce.

"I had a really bad heartbreak that really did a number on me," she says in a recent interview with Tennessean. Her hit song "Every Little Thing" was inspired by that breakup. "I had never experienced that kind of heartbreak (where) you can't breathe. And you can't imagine one second without someone. You kind of don't want to forget, but you do, and you go through this internal battle with that."
