Danielle Peck Expecting First Child in September

“Kiss Me Like You Miss Me” singer Danielle Peck recently announced she and her husband, Josh Smith, are expecting a new addition to the family. The couple plan to welcome a baby girl into their lives around Sept. 14, 2015, which is actually Peck’s birthday.

Peck tells CMChat they have already given their daughter the name of Ava Jolie.

The parents-to-be met at a surprise birthday party for the late Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas in 2012. Smith proposed to the country singer on Dec. 14, 2013, which was just a month before their one year anniversary. For the proposal, he recreated their very first date. They scrapped their expensive wedding plans and eloped in Ireland in June of 2014, as Smith was serving as the tour production manager for the Eagles at the time, and they happened to be in the dreamlike locale.

“We both were eagerly anticipating getting married to each other,” she explains, “and due to our busy travel schedules, it made the most sense for us to take advantage of this opportunity at a romantic castle in Ireland!”
