Disney is launching a new country radio venture aimed at promoting up-and-coming young artists.

Radio Disney Country is set to launch on Nov. 4 on the Radio Disney App with an inaugural broadcast hosted by Betsy Spina (Sirius XM's The Highway). The broadcast will air live from the red carpet of the 49th Annual CMA Awards, featuring interviews with some of today's biggest country music artists.

The innovative broadcast will feature a mix of young artists and today's biggest country stars, including Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes, Maddie & Tae, the Band Perry, Kelsea Ballerini, Danielle Bradbery, Lady Antebellum, Dan + Shay, RaeLynn and more. The content will include music videos, in-studio interviews and performances.

"I think it's absolutely brilliant," Hayes says. "When I heard about it, I just lit up with joy. There are so many great new artists in country music and honestly, I feel like I'm one myself. Fantastic music makers, awesome songwriters, big producers… It just makes me so happy that there's something like this for us to find these new artists. This is a great place to come to discover something new, and for these new artists to have a platform to say what they want to say and to be themselves."

Hayes is set to release The 21 Project on Nov. 6, consisting of three CDs: one acoustic, one studio and one live, made up of seven songs. Each disc will showcase the seven songs in the three different formats.
