Kelsea Ballerini Hosts Housewarming Party With Superstar Guests

It’s probably safe to say you've 'made it' when some of country’s biggest stars come to your housewarming party. Kelsea Ballerini has become a household name for country fans over the past year, and she's now officially a Nashville resident with a new apartment. Ballerini posted a series of photos on Instagram from the celebratory gathering, in which most fans will note some familiar faces.

Ballerini cozies up to buds Taylor Swift and Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum in a few of the polaroids from the party— one even features the lighthearted Swift in the background, photo-bombing.

Scott posted a similar photo with a sweet caption and the hashtags #lovemypeople and #lovemytown, noting it had been “TOO long” since she’d seen Swift.

Ballerini has been a part of Swift’s coveted crew for a while, playing songs backstage with her and even recently performing on the Nashville stop of Swift's 1989 World Tour. The singer-songwriter earned her first No. 1 this year with “Love Me Like You Mean It” and is not only nominated for Best New Artist at the upcoming CMA Awards, but also Female Vocalist of the Year — no small feat for a newcomer. Her latest single “Dibs” is a Top 25 hit on the U.S. Country charts. Ballerini will head out on tour with Chase Rice later this fall, as well as Dan + Shay.
