The soundtrack to Madden NFL ’17 will be officially released on Aug. 23, and includes 40 tracks from artists in every genre. Several country acts are featured on the lengthy playlist, including Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, Brantley Gilbert, High Valley, Cale Dodds and Goodbye June.

While playing the virtual football game, gamers will hear Shelton's "Straight Outta Cold Beer" off his latest release, If I'm Honest, Gilbert's "It's About to Get Dirty" and Aldean's recent single, "Lights Come On." High Valley's energetic "Young Forever," Dodds' "Acting Our Age" and Goodbye June's "Oh No" will also be included.

The country acts on the soundtrack are listed in a versatile lineup that also includes 2 Chainz and Young the Giant, among others.

Meanwhile, Aldean was recently announced as a performer at the 2016 ACM Honors, which will air for the first time on CBS on Sept. 9 from Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

Aldean will be honored with the Triple Crown Award, which is given to an artist who has won New Male/Female Vocalist of the Year, Male/Female Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year. Aldean won Entertainer of the Year earlier this year, and he was previously honored with the New Male Vocalist of the Year in 2005 and Male Vocalist of the Year 2012-2014. The Triple Crown Award has been awarded to six artists in the past: Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Mickey Gilley, Merle Haggard, Barbara Mandrell and Carrie Underwood.

In addition to Aldean's performance, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Cam, Maren Morris, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban and hosts Lady Antebellum will take the stage during the event. Each act is set to give a tribute performance to the event’s previously-announced honorees.
