Miranda Lambert Accepts 2011 Grammy for Best Female Vocal Country Performance
Miranda Lambert accepted the Grammy for Best Female Vocal Country Performance for 'The House That Built Me,' following a live-performance of the song, at the awards show's 2011 ceremony.
Lambert blushed as she gracefully collected the award from country music peers Dierks Bentley and Zac Brown. "First Grammy performance ever, first Grammy ever," she said. Lambert then thanked everyone for loving 'The House That Built Me' because it "means the world" to her -- adding that she loves country music.
Lambert is on the bill for many more awards tonight -- with six additional nominations at the 2011 Grammys.
