Miranda Lambert gave a fun performance of her latest single, "It All Comes Out in the Wash," at the 2019 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (Nov. 13) at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.

Co-host Carrie Underwood introduced Lambert to the stage by calling her "a great friend and a great artist." The 36-year-old wore a reflective pink mosaic dress paired with her pink guitar to perform her latest hit — the first live performance at an awards show.

The stage was set up like a car wash, complete with a "car wash" sign and pink scrubbing brushes that spun between the drummer. By the time the second verse kicked in, bubbles filled the stage. During the second chorus, the Brothers Osborne stood up and raised a beer to Lambert, who was smiling as she sang. Former tourmate Maren Morris and her husband Ryan Hurd stood for her entire performance, too, belting along.

This year, the "Little Red Wagon" singer is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year award, and is up against Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris and Kacey Musgraves.

Lambert released "It All Comes Out in the Wash," the first taste of her recently released seventh studio album, Wildcard, in mid-July. She wrote the song with the Love Junkies, the songwriting trio of Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna and Liz Rose.

Lambert has spent her fall out on the road for her 2019 Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour, and all-female trek. She'll finish up the tour just before Thanksgiving before she heads out on her 2020 North American Wildcard Tour which kicks off in January and goes through May.
