Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban have come together in the name of promoting the 2016 CMA Awards, which will be the 50th annual. The two singers have joined forces for a new promotional clip, covering country classics "Always on My Mind" by Willie Nelson and "Crazy" by Patsy Cline.

Urban kicks things off with Nelson's poignant "Always on My Mind" on guitar before Lambert enters singing Cline's classic, which also happens to be written by Nelson. The two then harmonize beautifully on the chorus of "Crazy." The ad recalls the recent release of "Forever Country," which called on a total of 30 country superstars — modern and classic — to sing a three-song medley of hits, highlighting the significance of the long-running awards show.

This isn't the first time Lambert and Urban have had a collaboration together, either. In 2013, Urban released his single "We Were Us," which featured Lambert. The song was off his Fuse album and quickly rose to No. 1, no doubt thanks to the superstar power.

In addition to assisting in promotion of the CMA Awards, Lambert is putting the final touches on her forthcoming sixth studio album. She recently revealed that her album, The Weight of These Wings, will be a double release and include 24 tracks. It will be released on Nov. 18.

The 2016 CMA Awards air on Nov. 2 on ABC.
