To Miranda Lambert, dogs are like family. That's why when a stray bloodhound found her way to the singer on Sunday, Lambert knew she had to add the dog to her pack, despite some light hesitation.

"This wandered up last night. Full blooded 7month old blood hound. Ophelia is what I named her. Lord not another 1..." Lambert tweeted on Monday with a photo of her prospective new family member, which was followed by another tweet a few hours later. "Maybe this little "pumpkin" will be my good luck charm! Vet said she is all good and pretty healthy for a stray. Awww!"

Based on her heartfelt messages, we think it's pretty clear that Ophelia has found a new home in the Lambert-Shelton household. This is not the first dog Lambert has rescued, even this year. In January, she picked up a pair of stray dogs and brought them home, making the count seven canines under one roof at the time. By our rough calculations, she and Blake Shelton probably are approaching double digits in hound children by this point.

"Since she’ll take animals walking down the road, I’m pretty sure she’s stolen people’s pets," Shelton told Taste of Country earlier this year.

But of course, Lambert isn't the only one with a soft spot for a cute fur face and floppy ears. In fact, the 'Baggage Claim' singer and her 'Honey Bee' husband love their dogs so much, they included a handful of them them in their wedding ceremony. Three of the couple's female dogs -- Delta, Cher and Delilah -- walked down the aisle with one of the bridesmaids.
