Miranda Lambert’s Shirtless ‘House Husband’ Helps Her Promo New Song
Miranda Lambert isn't afraid to objectify her man in the name of good marketing. The singer shared another video of a shirtless Brendan McLoughlin doing household chores. This time the New York City cop is doing yard work!
The caption refers to her just-released duet with Maren Morris, "Way Too Pretty for Prison." "Speaking of pretty ... house husband shirtless promo volume 2," she adds alongside a video of McLoughlin whipping weeds with his back to the camera.
"Babe?" Lambert calls. Her husband of eight months turns slowly, as if he knows what's coming. There's a look of resignation at first before he laughs and smiles.

Vol. 1 of this series came in July with a video of McLoughlin doing laundry shirtless. He seemed less amused that time.
It's all in good fun however, at least as far as Lambert is concerned. Her new Wildcard album is slated for Nov. 1. This will be her seventh studio album and first in three years. The Morris collaboration is one of several songs she's released digitally ahead of time, in addition to her radio single "It All Comes Out In the Wash." Fans can also hear "Bluebird," "Mess With My Head" and "Locomotive."
Lambert and McLoughlin were married secretly during a private ceremony in January after dating for just a few months. He has a young son from a previous relationship. She had just come off dating Evan Felker when they met, and before that, Anderson East. In 2015 she divorced fellow country superstar Blake Shelton.
