Carrie Underwood notches the highest ever debut for a song on the monthly Taste of Country Top 40 songs list. 'Good Girl' rockets into the Top 20, pushing aside established hits from Jason Aldean and Scotty McCreery.
The top of the list includes songs that benefit from positive reviews, fan reaction and sales figures. Respective hits from Miranda Lambert and Lee Brice are far ahead of their chart position, but neither one lands the No. 1 spot on this month's list.
