2011 CMT Music Awards Scheduled for June 8
CMT has just announced the date for the 2011 CMT Music Awards. The awards show is set to occur on Wednesday, June 8 in Nashville.
Although the venue, nominees, hosts, performers, and ticket information have yet to be announced, the show is always packed with some of country's biggest stars.
This morning, CMT tweeted their Top 5 Artists of the Week. The list consisted of Trace Adkins, the Band Perry, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Thompson Square. Perhaps this will give some insight into which artists may be nominated for the summertime awards show.
