When two country superstars come together in musical harmony, the only obvious outcome is pure gold. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood's powerful duet, 'Remind Me,' has found that success and more after only a few weeks of radio spins.

'Remind Me' has far exceeded 500,000 digital downloads, which makes it a certified gold single by R.I.A.A. standards. Additionally, the song waltzed into the Top 5 on the Country Aircheck and Billboard charts this week -- though we're not terribly surprised by that, given the success of each artist in their own right!

Paisley told Taste of Country in June that when he thought up the idea behind the duet -- which acts as the third single from his 'This Is Country Music' album -- he only pictured Underwood singing with him. "We just sort of share the same values and get along that well,” he explained. "And also, I just don’t think there’s a better singer than her, so it’s sort of selfish to be able to sing with her and perform."

We think Paisley chose well, and lucky for the both of them, this track is one that no one will need to be reminded of for years to come.
