Jason Aldean's wife Brittany says labor went great, but after she gave birth to baby Navy Rome on Monday (Feb. 4), things took a turn for the worse.

The 30-year-old reports that she is still in the hospital with her husband and daughter. Two posts shared late Wednesday night (Feb. 6) via Instagram Stories provide a few details, but if she's concerned, she's covering it well.

The first is a picture of her swollen feet with a caption that reads in part, "When your labor goes amazing ... but then things go south." She required a blood transfusion.

"I'm ready to take these fat little piggies home," she says in the second story, a short video. She laughs through it, but it's clear she's done with hospital living. The Aldeans' first daughter together was born at 12:45PM on Monday (Feb. 4), so she's coming up on three full days.

Both Jason and Brittany have been generous with updates and pictures of the little girl since welcoming her to their family. News of Navy Rome's birth came just eight hours after she arrived. Then Brittany shared video footage of the couple's son, Memphis, meeting his sister for the first time.

Prior to delivery, Brittany shared plenty of bump and preparation pictures, including her last-minute maternity photo shoot.

Navy is Jason Aldean's fourth child, including two daughters from his previous marriage. He took to Instagram with a slightly different message on Wednesday. "Girl Like You" just hit No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart:
