Fans of Carrie Underwood who just can't wait to meet her second child—a baby boy who will join big brother Isaiah—can now know when to expect the good news. Underwood and husband Mike Fisher won't be celebrating Christmas with an infant, but it looks as if the new year will be very happy, indeed.

According to Taylor Dye of Maddie & Tae, who will be opening up for Underwood on her 2019 Cry Pretty Tour 360 tour, the singer is due in January. "We've already offered to babysit," she tells Us Weekly.

Dye spilled the beans at Nov. 14's Country Music Association Awards, where Underwood herself whipped up the crowd by confirming the gender of her second son (with a little humorous help from co-host Brad Paisley).

Underwood suffered three miscarriages over the course of two years, so this pregnancy is particularly emotional for her and Fisher.

"We were just so excited. It took us a while to get here, and we were just feeling so blessed," she tearfully noted at the CMAs. "And then to find out Isaiah is going to have a baby brother, it was just great news."

Underwood's 2019 tour doesn't start until May, which will give her plenty of time to rest and bond with her new addition. She will be quite busy on a string of North American dates once the trek starts, but the singer is firm in her conviction that being a working mother is right for her and her family: "Hopefully I can be an inspiration to my children and to other working moms out there, because we got this."
