Chris Stapleton continues to hint that new music is coming in the near future. The country music star shared another new song, called "Starting Over," during his West Palm Beach show on Oct. 12.

"I'm gonna try something new out, if that's okay. And if it's not okay, it's my show, so I'm gonna do it anyway.," he joked with the crowd before beginning. The "Scarecrow in the Garden" singer then introduced his latest cut, saying, "Anyway this is a brand new one and it's called 'Starting Over.'"

Stapleton played the song without his band, accompanied only by his acoustic guitar. "Starting Over" recounts the tale of a man who is leaving the life that he knows behind in order to start over with a person he cares about. The song's chorus is focused around the lyrics  "I can be your lucky penny / You can be my four-leaf clover / Starting over."

"Starting Over" serves as the latest song in a sting of new material that Stapleton has debuted during his live concerts in recent months. Over the summer, Stapleton began incorporating the songs "Minimum Wage" and "Bad Side of the Blood" into his concerts. He also began playing another unreleased song called "Get Down to Arkansas," which he performed with Brothers Osborne during is 2019 All American Roadshow.

2019 has seen Stapleton featured on several duets, including songs with John Mayer, Sheryl Crow and Pink. His most recent album came in the winter of 2017, From A Room Vol 2, which followed the release of From A Room Vol 1 earlier that same year. The singer has not revealed any plans for new music as of yet.
