The lady of Lady Antebellum, Hillary Scott, recently posed for Elle magazine for their upcoming music issue. Lady A's frontwoman appears in the Gold Dust Women photo spread, which honors female recording artists from a variety of genres and eras, from pop stars like Gwen Stefani to classic rock beauties like Stevie Nicks.

In the magazine, Scott looks absolutely stunning in a Chanel blazer, 7 For All Mankind jeans and Azzedine Alaïa studded leather booties. The chic picture shows off Scott's toned physique and gorgeous face, as a beam of light hits Scott in the perfect spot, highlighting her shiny brown locks of hair and porcelain skin.

Scott speaks about Lady Antebellum's songwriting process in the feature. "There aren't a ton of people in this country who will understand songs about riding a tractor through a pasture," Scott says.

"But when it comes to falling in love and out of love and getting your heart broken, there's no way you can't understand what the song's about," she adds.

Elle's 2011 music issue is set to hit stands on April 8.
