Lady Antebellum’s Dave Haywood Marries Kelli Cashiola
Congratulations are in order for Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood and his new wife Kelli Cashiola, who married Saturday night (April 14), just outside their hometown of Nashville, Tenn.
Details about the big event are still forthcoming, but we have it on good word that it was quite a magical evening. Based on reports -- post-wedding buzz via social media sites -- the nuptials were "straight out of a movie," and guests seem to have had a great time.
"Back from secret wedding location," one wedding guest tweeted, adding, "What a Wedding! The whole thing was straight out of a movie. Congrats Dave and Kelli!"
Another Nashville based trio, the country band Mockingbird Sun, were apparently in attendance, too. "The Dave Haywood/Kelli Cashiola wedding was AWESOME. like a movie. wish them the very best!" they shared via Twitter just after 10PM CT.
A rep confirmed for Taste of Country that all three members of Lady Antebellum were present for the big event. Early on Saturday, frontman Charles Kelley was hard at work in the studio in Music City. "Working on a new tune," he posted from the band's account. "It's a great day to be home and in the studio!"
Haywood is the last member of the trio to wed. He proposed to longtime friend Cashiola just before Christmas 2011 in a romantic and especially timely way, asking "Will you marry me?" spelled out with Christmas lights.
Frontlady Hillary Scott is also a newlywed, having just said "I do" to drummer Chris Tyrrell in January of this year. Charles Kelley walked down the aisle in 2009. Lady Antebellum are expected to return to the road in May, leaving plenty of time for the couple to honeymoon and enjoy a slice of married life.
