After the first week's sales of Lady Antebellum's latest studio album, 'Own the Night,' the hot trio has taken over the No. 1 slot on Billboard's Top 200 all-genre album chart. The disc sold over 347,000 units after hitting shelves on September 13. The accomplishment marks the biggest first week debut by a country artist this year. The previous record was set by Brad Paisley's 'This Is Country Music,' which sold 152,000 units in its first week in June.

In addition to their chart-topping debut in the States, 'Own the Night' has also claimed the No. 1 position on Canada's Nielson SoundScan Top 200 Albums chart. Their latest single from the album, 'We Owned the Night,' is also continuing to make a huge impact on the country singles chart, as it closes in on the Top 15.

This November, Lady A will hit the road at full speed on their Own the Night 2011 Tour, which will also feature the likes of Josh Kelley. But before hitting the road on the multi-city trek, Hillary Scott, Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley will make their debut appearance on 'Saturday Night Live,; set for October 1.
