Shaboozey is celebrating another milestone on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart. His "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" is now in its 10th week at the top.

That's a rare feat for any artist: According to data compiled by Billboard, only 4 percent of chart-topping songs in the Hot 100's 66-year history have stayed on top for double-digit weeks.

It's also the first time in more than a year that an artist has held a spot that long. Last summer, another country song had a similar reign: Morgan Wallen's "Last Night" had a seemingly unstoppable No. 1 run on the Billboard Hot 100, ultimately closing out at 16 weeks that August.

But as of this week, Shaboozey is more than halfway towards beating Wallen's record. And with a continuing string of accolades, including his first-ever nominations at the upcoming 2024 CMA Awards, it's certainly possible that Shaboozey could match, or even exceed, Wallen's song.

"A Bar Song (Tipsy)" is also currently the longest-running No. 1 hit of 2024 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, posting its 14th week at the top of that list.

Recently, Shaboozey dethroned another chart record set by a country superstar. "A Bar Song" racked up seven straight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart earlier this month.

In the process, it edged out a record Carrie Underwood set in 2006 by becoming the longest-running No. 1 from a debut single. Underwood's debut, "Jesus Take the Wheel," set a record that went unbroken for nearly two decades.
