Picture of the Week: Carrie Underwood Splurges on New Music
It's difficult to tell for sure, but it looks like Carrie Underwood chose Best Buy to purchase a copy of her new album 'Blown Away' on Tuesday. We wonder if they asked for her phone number or zip code as she checked out? Or to see some identification?
"Just bought 'Blown Away!' Glad they finally have a section for us country folk! Ha ha!" the singer tweeted on Tuesday night. Underwood tells Taste of Country that she doesn't buy many albums; she's more likely to support her artist friends by downloading singles. One album that did grab her attention was the new project by Canadian Christian rock band Thousand Foot Crutch. Prior to that, fellow 'Idol' famer David Cook's album was the last one she'd purchased.
