Country music is all about being patriotic, and the genre will be on full display during the 2017 Macy's 4th of July Fireworks show. Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum and Craig Campbell are all slated to participate in the event.

In addition to country, several other areas of entertainment will be represented, with appearances from "Starving" singer and Pitch Perfect star Hailee Steinfeld and Akbar Gbajabiamila, Matt Iseman and Kristine Leahy of American Ninja Warrior fame. As the massive fireworks display lights up the sky over the East River in Manhattan, Campbell, Broadway star Heather Headley and opera singer Jamie Barton will join the USO Troupe of Metropolitan New York for a patriotic tribute titled "Anthem."

Macy's 4th of July Fireworks will air on NBC at 8PM ET on July 4.

Country Stars Proudly Wearing Red, White and Blue

“Our lineup of amazing musical acts and personalities will be the perfect lead-in to the incredible fireworks display the nation waits for all year,” Doug Vaughan, executive vice president, specials & late night programming of NBC Entertainment, says in a press release about this year's event. “NBC is proud to partner with Macy’s and these talented artists to create the ultimate destination to celebrate Independence Day.”

While Paisley, Lady A and Campbell represent country music in New York, Chris Young will hold down the fort in Nashville when he headlines the Let Freedom Sing! celebration, also on July 4. Young will perform on the Broadway near the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville. The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, singer Johnny P and duo the Sisterhood will also perform, with the Nashville Symphony providing the background score as the fireworks display ignites the Music City skyline.
