Lady Antebellum to Perform on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Finale
Three finalists are left to fight over the mirror ball trophy during next week's 'Dancing With the Stars' finale, and Lady Antebellum will be on hand to watch. The country trio announced on their Twitter page that they'll be performing.
"The Dancing With The Stars finale is live next week and we will be there performing! Who do you think is gonna win? @DancingABC," they wrote after Tuesday's results show. The Orlando Sentinel reports that Lady Antebellum will perform during Monday's performance show, not next Tuesday's results show.
Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez are the three celebrities left after American soccer goalie Hope Solo was eliminated on Tuesday. She and partner Maks Chmerkovskiy had the lowest scores after Monday night's performance.
"This competition is one of the toughest competitions I've ever been a part of," Solo said. "Instead of trying to win a mirror ball trophy, I'm going to try to win a gold medal this summer at the Olympics." The U.S. women's soccer team will compete in the 2012 Olympics in London.
It's likely Lady A will perform their current single 'We Owned the Night' from their most recent 'Own the Night' album. The group also performed the song last Wednesday during the CMA Awards.
