Carrie Underwood’s Storyteller Tour Is Becoming a Film
Soon you can relive Carrie Underwood's Storyteller Tour anytime you want. The superstar has announced a digital film release of the show, Stories in the Round, out Nov. 17.
The project will be available on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and Qello. Footage was filmed during Underwood's sold-out show at Madison Garden in 2016. The Storyteller Tour covered a total of 100 dates and earned Underwood the designation of the top touring female country act of the year. Just some of the songs performed in the setlist include "Blown Away," "Something in the Water," "Cowboy Casanova" and the classic "Before He Cheats."

“We had the best time on the Storyteller Tour performing for the fans last year,” Underwood says about the show in a press release. “The amazing production and 360-degree stage let me get closer to them than ever before. I saw so many of their social media posts asking for a release of the show and we knew we had to do it. I’m so happy to get this out and relive the most fun I’ve ever had on tour!”
The superstar sold more than 1.2 million tickets during the tour's run and brought Easton Corbin, Lauren Alaina and the Swon Brothers as her opening acts.
Underwood is set to partake in the star-studded Country Rising: Nashville Gives for Hurricane Relief show at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 12, just days after she hosts the 2017 CMA Awards with Brad Paisley for the 10th year in a row. The massive benefit concert also features Garth Brooks, George Strait, Reba McEntire, Chris Stapleton and many more.
