Tim McGraw has announced the first handful shows of his 2011 Emotional Traffic Tour. McGraw announced his nationwide tour a couple weeks ago, and that the Band Perry and Luke Bryan would be joining him as openers.

The tour will kick off in the beginning of March in Houston, Texas and the dates made available so far will bring him throughout the South and up to the Midwest. Ticket sales will start on Jan. 15, with special pre-sale opportunities for members of McGraw's fan club. Group ticket sales are also offered on McGraw's fan site.

McGraw has started off 2011 with a bang, announcing his spring tour right after his song 'Felt Good on My Lips' reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. His film 'Country Strong' also just opened in theaters, and McGraw has been all over the US promoting the movie, including his appearances on 'The Today Show' and 'The Martha Stewart Show.'
