Four country boys lead June's list of the Top 40 country songs, but diversity follows. Last month's No. 1 song slips a notch, while one of country music's biggest 21st-century hitmakers rises to the top spot.

This June 2019 version of the top songs in country music features a brand new song from Luke Combs and new music from Lady Antebellum and Keith Urban. Carrie Underwood's "Southbound" debuts, as does Ryan Hurd's "To a T." Also making the Top 10 are Lee Brice, Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett.

Kane Brown, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini and Jimmie Allen find a home on this month's list of the top songs in country music. The Top 40 considers many factors, but most important is the strength of a song. For that reason, "Beer Never Broke My Heart" shot to No. 2 in just a few weeks.

The list of Top 40 Country Songs of June 2019 is compiled from Billboard chart data and sales figures, in addition to staff opinion and reader feedback.
